The hotel staff are extremely helpful with excellent customer service offered all the time. The hotel met all our needs for a short stay. The breakfast was delicious, though would have been nice to have a hot option. Other than that I would recommend this hotel and it’s close to amenities

The desk clerk, Luis, was very helpful, especially when the easy check-in machine decided not to work. The location was good, the parking fee not too excessive. Overall, a reasonable place to stay near the airport.

Great value for money. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only small downside was that there was still a slight smell from recent renovations. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would recommend it to other travellers.

Clean room, very helpful staff. Room is small but accommodated a family of four comfortably. Hotel looks old from outside but is nice inside. Not many dining options close by but a great location for surf center which also has good food. Bus also close by for travel.

Staff was excellent. My only reason for not giving a five star is the beds need two pillows on each side and the shower tiles need to be scrubbed better (a lot of mold).

Very quiet, cool and convenient for our overnight before an early family flight out of MUC airport. The bunk beds were wonderful for the children. The room was newly renovated and very clean and scent free. A little small for last minute suitcase reorganization and 2 used towels still hanging behind our door on arrival but otherwise very clean. The reception desk worker Conrad had great English and was very friendly and helpful on check in... Parking was 6eu unexpectedly. Great breakfast buffet.
