The staff were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was within walking distance of Munich Central Station, which made getting around really convenient. There were also plenty of food options nearby.

The room was clean with very comfortable beds. We booked two rooms connected which was perfect for traveling with our adult daughter. The tram is ever present however I was able to sleep through its rumbling. Location is great for train travel and proximity to the Old Town.

The Staff was very helpful. The room was cozy and clean. The room on the street side had to deal with noises of tram. There was bar downstairs, crazy people talk loudly almost whole night.
