Great location for train and October festival. Room was spacious and comfortable with extra conveniences like microwave, nesspresso coffee , tea pot refrigerator and safe. Would stay here again

Just a few blocks from HBf, room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable (bed on the softer side vs super firm), and kitchenette for basic meal prep. Nespresso coffee machine, with pods, creamers (incl Oat-Ly), sugar, and teas provided. Lidl grocery store across the street. Lots of nearly-instant hot water, nice shower and soap, shampoo, lotion dispensers provided. All in all, a good stay and will visit again soon.

It was great. Great location. Easy check in. Like how you store your bag before or after if needed. Clean. Spacious. The only thing we would like more towels. You could go down to first floor to get more. But there was never any there.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at the Numa Munich Blend aparthotel in July/August 2026. The room was clean and cool with good air conditioning. The bathroom was clean with sufficient space and light. The kitchenette was adequately equipped, but I'd have appreciated some larger cups. Overall the furnishings were good and modern and the apartment quite spacious. I found that the curtains were very effective and the soundproofing provided by the windows excellent, given the property is situated in a busy area. There were no staff present. All communication was on line and we made extensive use of the Numa app for building access and control. All doors are 'app' connected (though you can use pass numbers if you wish). I found the app easy to use and I would recommend using this if you stay at the property. We found Numa Munich Blend convienient for the Hauptbahnhof and the places we wanted to visit in Munich were easily walkable from the aparthotel. The street outside the aparthotel is quite busy with restaurants and fast food outlets. There is an Afghani bakery adjacent to the hotel, which does a range of good looking baked goods, and a minimarket across the road for food and drink to use in you apartment.

I had an excellent experience at Numa. The rooms were impeccably clean, the online service was always available, is a great place to stay . The location is very convenient, close to major attractions of the city.One small thing to keep in mind is that Numa does not have its own parking. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent. Great location - easy access to Hauptbahnhof and Stachus. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. It is on a busy road and there was some noise from the club next door on the Saturday night.

Apartment hotel in every good location.. Nearby central station that provides excces to all the city, supermarkets, and restaurants. 10 to 15 minutes to all the old cities' monuments . The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm.

Super convenient apartment, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Particularly good communication from the central office. Helpful info was pre-prepared and well designed for every step. Then when we had a specific question, a real person picked up the enquiry quickly and clearly. They promptly moved us to another apartment in the same block, so our problem was solved smoothly. We will look for Numa apartments again.

New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in.

We stayed in the family room which exceeded our expectations! Everything has been thought of from washing up liquid, tea bags, cutlery, kitchen roll, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. The accommodation was immaculate with really good quality bedding and furnishings. Couldn't find fault with the accomodation. One recommendation would be a not slip mat in the shower as the tiles were quite slippery when wet and being a family room with children, this could be an issue. We used a towel so it was fine. Also to be aware the family room is on the 6th floor and the lift only goes to the 5th which means suitcases, buggies etc need to be carried up a curved flight of stairs. These points should not detract from what fabulous accommodation it is though. We would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay at Numa Munich Blend during Oktoberfest. The location was excellent—very convenient to the Oktoberfest grounds while still providing easy access to central Munich and public transportation. The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and an excellent value, especially considering the time of year. The self-service check-in and access process was simple and convenient, and everything worked exactly as expected. If you’re visiting Munich for Oktoberfest and want a comfortable, well-located hotel at a reasonable value, Numa Munich Blend is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again.
