“I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. “Staff were friendly, cabin was clean but old, it had everything we needed. We have been on holidays for 6 weeks through Queensland, NSW and Victoria and this was the most expensive caravan park we stayed in. Laundry etc were clean and had everything that was needed. Convenient location, although alot of road noise of a night, but didn't have any problem sleeping.”

“Booked for 2 nights, stayed elsewhere for the second night. The motel was just noisy, sound proofing was hopeless, which led to a bad night of broken sleep. Door into the unit was not secure, and bed uncomfortable. The heating was good and appreciated. Went to reception the next morning to say I wouldn't be staying the second night but it was closed. So, won't be returning to this motel.”
