Front desk staff for check in and check out were great! Very friendly. Hotel is definitely out dated. Room clean. Was on 1st floor and could hear everything outside the window and room above. Was a last minute decision to stay in area but room was definitely not worth the rate.

Our room was clean and comfortable. An extra light near the entry door would be nice, other than the light on the desk and lamp between beds. Bathroom fan was broken/noisy. Breakfast was the standard fare - Waffles, cereal, omelets, sausage, hard boiled eggs, milks and juices. However, ran out of omelets at 8:30 a.m. and employees weren't checking to refill. Front desk check in upon arrival was friendly, professional and quick. An employee was waiting at the desk, even at 11 p.m.

Had a great time. The first room we was in TV and microwave didn’t work so they upgraded our room. So in my opinion they did right by us for the inconvenience. Now the biggest issue was since they don’t have a jacuzzi they had the pool way too cold but when we asked about it they raised the temp. With no jacuzzi pools should be room temperature. But I have to say it was a good time even with the inconvenience. Price is a little high but that just matches the rest of the economy.

Staff was really nice. Breakfast was great. Even supplied complementary ice scraper and gloves during a winter storm. That was nice because we forgot ours at home. Heater was a little noisy in the room. Good price
