The staff was extremely hospitable. From the receptionist to the waiters, the director of dining (who personally prepared a to go bag of local spices per my request) and bar man. Everyone on the property made you feel like your satisfaction was their utmost priority. The hotel was also immaculately clean with vibrant decor in all areas. It’s an hour drive from downtown Mumbai but well worth the commute. I highly recommend this hotel.
Roof top pool offered an incredible view of the city.

The property is perfect if you don’t want the hustle of downtown Mumbai. It is in the industrial area about 40 minutes out, around 1200 Indian Rupees uber into Mumbai. The hotel is lovely, staff are excellent, as is the food. Breakfast was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay outside the central area.

Excellent Modern Hotel

Staff all excellent and extremely helpful - including the doorman, reception, restaurant. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are large and well designed with modern electrical sockets (for all international plugs) and USB. Service could not be faulted.

Nice hotel but the pictures make it look a lot better then it is. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected. The rooftop was nice with late pool access and steam room. One of the restaurants was occupied by a party so only one restaurant was open for dinner. The breakfast buffet was really good too. I waited over 30 minutes for check in which I thought was ridiculous

Stay at Vivanta Turbhe, Mumbai.

The stay was very pleasant and memorable. Some of the services that especially stood out to me were the following Mr Aditya who made sure we get all the room facilities Mr Prajwal who made sure our stay was pleasant throughout our stay. Mr Vaibhav who handled the security in a very professional manner when we forgot our neck pillow upon checkout. He was very thorough and called us promptly so that we could collect it. Mr Sukhbir whose polite demeanor was outstanding and made sure our luggage was taken care during check in and checkout. The staff at the Mynt also need a special mention as they served us and were very hospitable.

This is a 3-4 star property being marketed as a 5 star. There is nothing that shouts a five star Taj group hotel about it. Reception staff uniform looks old and tatty, staff are sneezing in front of you continuously without even going to the back office to fix themselves, it is all a bit strange. Rooms are large enough but don't have that cosy feel that other Taj (or 5 star) properties do. All in all, a very average property.
