Excellent location, old school charms overlooking the ocean, great views. Good in house dining options. Helpful and friendly staff. However, small lift that could barely fit 2 people with luggage. A bit dated but clean. Depending on how much I paid, good value for money.

Great as always, slightly dated, but it is still the same as the first time I was there 46 years ago. The bar could do with a separate section for private parties so residents can enjoy the bar and pool. Pool looks great.

Great and iconic property . Nice staff. Great view of Juhu beach . Clean rooms. Only one problem - the small back gate to Juhu beach closes at 7 despite there a Gaurd being posted always. They should allow the gate open late too so occupants can take a stroll . This property is medium sized but it’s history associated with Bollywood makes it iconic

Over an hour wait for a room , first room was dirty and amenities broken , second room better but still in need of significant at upgrading - carpets dirty , wardrobe door broken. Hotel pool is under renovation , and when weddings are on the outdoor space is taken over completely so you have no outdoor space. The hotel needs an overhaul - it’s tired and shappy
