The hotel was recently renovated. It’s clean, breakfast is great and the staff is professional and friendly. The best part is its location within Mumbai: you can walk to all major sights and there’s a metro station a few meters from the hotel.

The staff really make this hotel special. They couldn’t do enough for me and were always friendly and professional. I did enjoy the complimentary tea or coffee in the lounge after a days’s site seeing. Excellent location for all the sites in old Mumbai. The only reason for 4 stars was because my room did not have a window to look out, but the room was spotless and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended

All the staff are amazing here, everyone is so lovely. If you're familiar with Mumbai then this is a good place to stay location wise. It's a 10 min walk from VT station (CSMT). Breakfast is average, the ac in the room is grewt it's a bit of a crampes room and not the cleanest but perfect firna short stay.

Great location and breakfast. Complimentary tea/coffee and cookies available all day. Easy walk to CST if getting a train, and just a good area for walking around especially at the back of the hotel. Short Uber ride to main attractions, and Phoenix Mall. The staff here are just great. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and if staying in Fort again this is the place I would choose.
