From check-in to daily interactions, everyone was warm, courteous, and always willing to assist, which made the stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. My room was spotless, well maintained, and serviced to a high standard, creating a relaxing and pleasant environment throughout my stay. Stayed one night at the Radisson as it was close to the airport. Clean hotel/room... Reception staff were lovely - special mention to Renisa and Sandhya. Couple of cons... Firstly guests should not be in the pool fully dressed with their outdoor clothes on - very unhygienic... and secondly the 'fragrance' that is used all around the hotel smells absolutely vile! So strong and overwhelming, I'm still feeling nauseous hours later since I left the hotel. The smell lingered in my clothes and hair during my whole flight.
