Stayed for 4 nights March 2026. Novotel is convenient for getting around and just a few minutes drive to the Airport . The Hospitality and warmth of the Staff was definitely 10 on the scale. Our breakfast was very wide to choose from, and Chef Tejas personally comes to us and offer to make us anything of our choice. Special mention to Kunal, Kashmiri & Poui. They were all very attentive, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Dipika Gi, Guest Services Manager, who took time out to meet us at Breakfast, with a farewell cake. Thank you all, we will be back!
