His attention to detail and genuine kindness ensured that we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and settled. The special setup the hotel arranged for Aadhya was such a thoughtful and "fabulous" touch. It’s rare to find a luxury hotel that balances high-end elegance with such a warm, family-oriented heart. The Four Seasons is a gorgeous well located hotel in Mumbai. They are more than 70% through their renovation program. While there are aspects of the old Four Seasons that I miss, the new decor is sumptuous… as one would expect from Four Seasons. The service is attentive and personalised. I can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Four Seasons for 12 nights and it was genuinely the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We were treated like family rather than guests, and felt emotional leaving. Horyophy was incredibly warm and welcoming — the most radiant person in the hotel and someone we will always associate with Four Seasons. Esham, Baby, and Chandan anticipated every need without us ever having to ask. Head Chef Abishek and Biru happily prepared anything we requested, always with a smile.
