My stay would've been great. However, I booked a king sized bed and paid for it through Expedia and was given a room with a double bed. When I called the front desk on arriving at my room to find a double bed I was told that there were no king beds available. They made no offer of compensating me for the price difference. No attempt whatsoever to try to satisfy our complaint. A full-blown bait & switch. Reading the fine it basically says that they can give you whatever room they want and aren't obligated to give you a lesser rate for a lesser room. Use of the swimming pool requires wearing a swim cap. These were not provided so we weren't able to use the pool at all so that was also disappointing. It's a shame because otherwise it was a nice enough place. Breakfast was good and the property was clean and quiet. I really wish they would've just given us what we paid for or compensated us for the difference. It really made for a much poorer experience.
