An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre, it came with a very pleasant welcome from Harold on reception (a credit to the hotel speaking excellent English for a self-taught Cote d'Ivoirian!) An excellent modern room with the benefit of a kitchen area in a safe, quiet and very comfortable at a good price

A decent pitstop in Mulhouse

Good central location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Spacious room with a comfy bed. The breakfast was also okay. The garage was extremely difficult to get into, so would only recommend parking there if you have a smaller vehicle.

A good hotel for a short stay. Clean, quiet (although we were way up in the 5th floor, so no street noise), and comfortable rooms. The reception is closed in the middle of the day which makes it difficult to leave your luggage if you need that. It was nice to be close to the train station.

discovered many flaws in this outdated hotel room. bed too hard, bathroom with bath but no possibility to take bath, the hose too short for a 181cm person, breakfast absolutely basic. So , price wise not too happy. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Room flooded, no meaningful compensation

Came back to my room at 12am and found it flooded due to a leaking water heater. No staff to help me; had to find a phone number to call. My suitcase was all wet as well but at least no significant damage up my belongings. Following instructions I had to locate a security box and find the master key, all by myself, and move myself to another room at 1am. I could barely sleep that night, despite having to get I at 5am to catch the train. They refunded one night, which was THE BARE MINIMUM they could do, and gave me a voucher I won’t be able to use. Thei inconvenience was unacceptable and a great source of anxiety that night. Also, receptionist smokes at the hotel entrance, blocking the door. Not a good look.

Location and staff were good. Had to walk through a very dark parking area to get to hallway where room was located. The room was quite old looking but seemed clean enough. We had to purchase coffee, which would have been fine, however the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn’t work and when we moved the coffee maker to a different spot…the only bedside table, it would not actually make a cup of coffee. The heater in the bathroom would not create any heat, and the shower was only handheld.

Terrible bed

The bed is terrible. It has not improved its quality. The centre of the bed sinks a lot and it hurts so much my back that I didn’t rest well during my stay in Mulhouse and hence disrupts my trip a lot. With such price per night, I later found that there are better options nearby and hence upset me. However, these complaints are directed at the facility rather than the staff. The staff was helpful but they could not change the quality of the bed.

Accueil et service parfait. Petit studio avec salle de bains, table, lits et kitchenette avec équipements basique mais suffisant. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt mit Tiefgaragenstellplätzen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Temperatur in den Zimmern. Es war etwas zu frisch.

Struttura in pieno centro di Mulhouse a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e dispongono dei principali confort per poter soggiornare diversi giorni. La cucina è attrezzata con i fornelli, il lavello, il microonde e qualche stoviglia. Il letto è grande e comodo. Ci è stato fornito gratuitamente anche il lettino per il bimbo. Un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia sarebbe gradita. Inconcepibilebil fatto che la reception sia chiusa durante l'orario di pranzo. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora prima che aprisse.
