Absolutely worst experience ever. At midnight tellinge to stay out in cold and pay again for an already paid booking. Then 20 mins later they realise their mistake and let me in. Feels like fraudsters, absolutely no apologies from staff

Impossible to register on the machine outside as registration number not provided. Not a good start after a long journey. No staff available in person only option trying to explain, in a foreign language, over the intercom. We won’t be stopping again.

Accueil chaleureux , confort et opreté exemplaire

Très bon accueil malgré l'heure tardive d'arrivée. L'hôte d'accueil est aimable et très serviable. Même accueil le matin pour le petit déjeuner . La chambre est très pratique , propre et le confort est appréciable.

Mauvaise nuit

Parking ok Accueil courtois et sans problème. Chambre au RDC très propre et fonctionnelle. Par contre, très froide à mon arrivée et malgré la mise en marche de la clim en mode chauffage, impossible à réchauffer. Soit un problème avec l'appareil en lui-même soit que le fait que le thermostat de commande soit extrêmement mal placé. En attendant, sans être frileux, je dois avouer avoir vraiment eu froid toute la nuit et également le matin dans la salle de douche donc pas vraiment reposant après 1000 km de route.
