Excellent value for money! No complaints.

Ideally located with a few minutes walk of the main line station and close to the tram / bus stops this was the perfect base. Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The reception staff were super helpful. Left luggage facility (free) was very handy too.

Summary of 3 nights stay

The location is very close to the Railway Station of Mulhouse so it’s very convenient. The room is small and as I used to travel a lot, I have noticed that there was no coffee maker or just water heater in the room. Otherwise all was great, friendly staff etc

Very small room, poor hygiene.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. However it was not so comfortable with all the bags and luggages. Because the room was the smallest one I have ever stayed. It's proper for 1 person but it's not enough for 2 people. Bathroom was a little bit dirty, not cleaned properly and I don't like it. The only good think about the hotel was the locaton. It was very close to train station. I don't think that I would stay there again.

Enjoyable Stay

It is very close to Central Gare. ( Walking just 2 minutes ) We have stayed my wife and my kid. It is so good to do daily tours around cities. Basel, Freiburg, Colmar etc. The room is clean, workers are friendly, breakfast is enough good. The room is 13 m2 but it is not problem for us. Because İbis offer good value. Thanks for interest and hospitality. Best Regards

Except that I had wanted to have my clothes washed/ laundry service but they don’t I had to walk a long distance to find a self service laundry service, it would have been fine if I had this done in the hotel, apart from this the guy at the reception is very helpful and friendly, ready to give assistance that is great
