gr8 place to stay

I chose to return to this hotel as I so enjoyed it the previous week and as it had a restaurant “Au Bureau” at the end of the road and I wasn’t disappointed. friendly check in, nice room (with - yippee- bath tub. comfy bed, nice view from 3rd floor with shutters and opening window. recently redecorated and very smart. enjoyed ribs and excellent local riesling at Au B followed by good night’s sleep. train leaving at 07.10 meant I couldn’t have breakfast but, the hotel being only a few hundred yards from the main train station, meant that I didn’t have to leave until ten minutes before- once again recommend for quality, condition, location and nearby restaurants

The hotel is well organized and the rooms are ok, though somehow "old". One point to be improved is the breakfast which is definitely small and "poor". In France you can deserve much better than this.

There was a number of restaurants nearby. Air conditioning is not really functional. Rooms were clean, but old. Prices for a property of that location were on the higher side. Finding the hotel was a unique challenge. It took 3-4 trips around the block to get to the hotel. The staff were quite nice and very accommodating. Warning - there is public on street parking which is free overnight. That said - be aware that when we were there it was very noisy. We needed to leave the windows open to cool the room as the A/c was barely working.

Very bad

Very bad experience. I did not get the room i booked and was not offered any kind of compensation. Not even a free breakfast. Noise insulation to this hotel is an unknown word. On the check out on 01/31, the front desk was unpolite and needs to change job.

Breakfast had the best Kouglhopf of our entire stay in Alsace! Hotel clean, quiet and not far from centre or from museums. Shame most shops and restaurants were closed on Sunday

Très bel hôtel, je recommande !

Très agréablement surpris par la qualité, le design et la propreté ! La chambre est propre et spacieuse, la déco agréable, les parties communes impeccables. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Le seul bémol a été de ne pas pouvoir dormir la fenêtre ouverte en raison du bruit des climatiseurs (mais c’est personnel !) A 2 pas du centre-ville, grand choix de restauration à proximité, je recommande !

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Odaya girdiğimizde oda oldukça temizdi ama ancak sonrasında düzenli temizlik yeterince yapılmadı. Odadaki arızayı bildirmemize rağmen hiçbir değişiklik yapılmadı o yüzden hizmet yeterince iyi değildi. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterliydi ancak daha sonraki günler çeşitler ve hizmet düştü kiminle ilgilendiği ile çok alakalı. Yani kahvaltının bizden derdi yoktu.
