“Great Stay, quite tranquil”

“I would not recommend this stay to anyone. I booked a cottage. When I got there close to midnight, there was insects crawling around. They changed my room to only have plumbing issues where as soon as you turn on the sink the floor flooded with water accompanied with spiders, for them to have to change me again to a very small room which is not what I paid for. “Snow Hotel hade ingen bokning på oss genom hotels.com. när vi anlände trots att vi bokat och pengar dragits. Inget som stod på hotels.com. stämde med verkligheten förutom namn och adress. Det som annonseras på hotels.com är inte det verkliga snow Hotel. Bilden stämmer ej, faciliteterna stämmer ej.
