“The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful. No one spoke English and when our German was not enough there was no understanding or customer thinking. Just a constant repetition of the words she knew we did not understand. When there was a problem with the payment via Hotels.com she had no interest in helping to try to solve it. “Schöne Umgebung und ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Leider war es aufgrund der fehlenden bzw. unzureichenden Klimaanlage viel zu warm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade war außerdem, dass es keine Möglichkeit für ein Abendessen gab.”
