“Nuestro paso por este alojamiento fue muy fugaz, pero nos sentimos muy bien tratados y la habitación era espaciosa,comoda y muy límpia.La terraza exterior con una pequeña zona para los niños añade un atractivo más a la estancia en este lugar”

“Das Hotel hat einen deutlichen Renovierungsrückstau. Ausgerissene Sonnensegel, abgeplatzte Fliesen im Poolbereich. Die Küche war nur mäßig. Die Straße ist sehr laut, wenn man im Sommer das Fenster geöffnet lassen möchte. Wir hatten aber auch ein Zimmer seitlich zur Straße hin. Zum Tal ausgerichtet kann dies leiser sein. ”

“It was a very nice hotel! Comfortable bed, clean, modern room. Great breakfast with a nice selection of foods, both hot and cold. Nice residential area, quiet. ”

“Great location and the room for 1 was more than okay. You get what you pay for. Maybe change the TV for one with YouTube or something, because you only have German speaking TV. ”

“Good things: most things are very clean, employees are polite. Negative things: As a gold member I have not received a room upgrade even though Expedia sent me a confirmation mail. I have also asked politely in the front desk but they said “I cannot do such things manually”. After double checking Expedia, I saw availability but was not given it. Furthermore I have not received a free bottle of wine as promised due to my status. The blanket had moldy black spots. The WiFi is not 5G nor 4G or...
