An amazing hotel in a quiet area facing the Abant lake. An Amazing view of the lake from my room and various choices for breakfast and dinner. Definitely i will come back to this hotel. Highly recommended!

It was great, the hotel & the staff are very good 👍, the location and the view are fantastic, Only one issue, when booking directly from the hotel, it’s 50% cheaper the hotels.com & I found this in 2 hotels, for this reason I won’t use your service anymore, this so shameful and disgusting.

The hotel location is excellent , the staff is so friendly, but it is so old , the furniture was very old also , the bed has only one lamp table, the room was small , there wasn’t A/C and they didn’t provide even a fan .

PROS - Prime location just next to Lake Abant, friendly and professional staff, delicious buffet style unlimited food for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed live music concert with Mustafa after the dinner. His voice was amazing and he played our favorite songs with his guitar. Car parking was very easy. Lake access was accessible. We enjoyed spending some time in sauna and have a massage after a long day. Didem the massager was friendly and adjusted her pressure according to our needs. I’d definitely go Buyuk Abant Hotel again next time when we go to Lake Abant. CONS - there was not enough towels for 2 people in our room. Only one big shower towel and one hand towel was placed in the bathroom. They provided more towels upon request but I’d expect to have enough towels and also a bathrobe ready upon arrival in a 5 star hotel. They didn’t read my room requests that I wrote during the booking.

Otele giriş yapar yapmaz 20 dakikada ayrıldım. (5 dakikadan fazlası odaya yürümekle geçti) içerde halı kokuyordu. 5 yıldız olarak sunulan otel resmen dökülüyor zaten. Kısmi göl manzarası olan odayı seçtim, camı açtığımda göl falan görünmüyordu. Personele "göl nerede" diye sorduğumda, "çam ağaçlarının arkasında" şeklinde cevap aldım. Otelin hiçbir alanında sigara içilmiyor. Sigara için sadece bir alan belirlemişler. Şöyle bir kafa dinleyeyim, sigaramı yakayım desem, boğuk, basık bir taş yığını. Ama sorsanız Abant'dasınız.. Ben ödediğim gecelik 12.000 lirayı da yakarak odadan ayrıldım. Eminim insanlar o ödemeyi yaptıktan sonra parasına kıyamadıkları için kalıyorlar. Hotels yetkilisi iade ile ilgili yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ancak "odada yarım saat kalındığı için iade yapamayız" cebabı aldılar. Bir mesajlaşmam sebebi ile tesadüfen dakika hesaplaması yaptım, toplam 25 dk. Onun da 10 dakikası zaten odaya varış ve dönüş mesafesi. Velhasılı 5 yıldızlı ucuz bir konsept. 12.000 lira için benim keyfimi baltalamalarına izin vermedim ve parayı da yakarak ayrıldım. Hemen yukarda harika hizmet ve konaklama sunan NİZ OTEL e giderek günün, gölün, lezzetli yemeklerin tadını çıkardım...
