This hotel is listed under Expedia when you search for hotels nearby Papeete. I booked it accidentally for this reason and canceled less than 5 min later when I realized the error. Expedia and this hotel have refused to refund and response to tell me that my five minute booking will not be refunded has been slow. Best case, the owners of this hotel are just not aware of the entire situation as communicated to them by Expedia...worst case is that the property is intentionally mislisted to scam people. Severely disappointed and disgusted.

First time staying in a container. Didn't realize walls were so thin. Could not sleep because of noise from outside traffic and a baby crying. Also, the toilet would not flush. We reported it, but nothing was done to fix it. Mold was starting to grow around shower area.

Poor Soundproof

Overall the hotel is nice, but the soundproof of the room is poor. You can hear clearly the sound from corridor if there is some one talking or a group of people walking.

I like the uniqueness of this hotel but because of this the room is extremely hot during day time plus facing afternoon sun. Room is small but properly layout, with enough space to put your language. Come with private carpark. Poor wifi & tv reception. Small toilet but good enough.

Fancy living inside a container? Well if you are claustrophobic better avoid. Very constrain spaces, in fact got my toe hurt when trying to go into the toilet, which is very cramp. Internet in the room totally not working. Personally I feel there are better options out there which is cheaper and better. The transformers exhibition is good effort thou.
