The staff are trying their best, are super respectful and friendly, and over all, no complaints on the staff. The gym, when I was there, multiple pieces of equipment were not working, and it’s far too small for the number of guests. The pool area was poorly policed, I think for some the vibe would be great, wasn’t so for me. The internet policy was ridiculous (only two devices allowed to connect), which for 3 adults was just stupid. Also additional fees were going to be placed for reasons I am yet to understand. Also not sure why, if I booked 3 adults, I only got 2 keys. Staff worked through issues though, and I think a lot of frustration is that they don’t have good tools to help customers. Lastly, this is probably a Vegas thing in general, but the guests got too wild. The first Friday I was there, walking around at night and seeing multiple puke piles on the lobby and hallways from multiple guests being hella drunk out their mind was just gross. But hey, maybe that was happening in other hotels and I couldn’t see it

Front Desk Staff was GREAT! We ate outside one night and the FOOD was DEEEE-LISH-US!!!! The only two dislikes were the bed was extremely hard. Was not comfortable...and...being on Ocean Dr, the music played until about 1am(ish). All we heard was the Bass. So if you are an early "bedder", you may not want to stsy as any hotel on Ocean Drive. But overall, the Pelican was nice! (PS: the food was really good!!)
