Good facilities in the room, but more space had been given over to the kitchenette, than space for suitcases or anywhere to put your clothes - so we were unable to fully unpack our small suitcases. “The list goes on. Where to start?? Rooms need updating. Broken door handles. Broken toilet roll holder. Ceiling fan above the couch is cooked. Only supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people on a 5 night stay. They supply a mini sample size of toiletries and no free replacements - unless you stay for 7 nights. The coffee sachets were stale and the sugar sachets had absorbed mositure and gone sticky, no longer useable granules. The mugs need replacing or bleaching as they're also filthy....

“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation.
