“Lovely apartment ”

“Overall the apartment was lovely and everything that was advertised but I was really disappointed with the check in process as not told how to get into building/ into room until we called and they then an hour later sent a email saying that the room is open and key on table.”

“Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.”

“I was unimpressed with the cleanliness of my room. The sofa was too dirty to even sit on. The shower was not working as both shower heads were damaged. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom - none of it mine. And I needed to wash crockery and cutlery before I could use it. Being on the ground floor meant people parked 3ft from my window, shining bright car lights into the living area, talking and revving loudly late at night.
