Room and property were very clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was quick and easy, good selection of toast, coffee and oats. Nice location, close to Castro; good food and coffee shops within walking distance. Would recommend staying again.

Hotel room was large. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Toilet seat was loose and hanging by a thread. Internet was really bad — in and out. Nice breakfast choices. Good location but cars on street were loud.

Went to a concert at Shoreline Amphitheater so this was a perfect place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff although it is more like a motel not a hotel. Didn’t have an issue with the keyless entry. The staff walked us through downloading the ap and setting it up. First time for us using keyless. After taking pics and videos at the concert I was glad I brought a portable charger. Just make sure your phone has enough battery.

The bed was amazing, it was like home ,and I have a purple mattress , I would stay there again, in fact we have to come back in June have already booked. they don’t charge for parking, the staff was very helpful

Very clean hotel inside and out. The only down fall is that housekeeping has to come into the room everyday whether you want them to or not. Great place to sleep at night as it’s very quiet. Not the place to stay if you have to sleep during the day.

Good. Location in MTV is excellent.This place is gradually being updated. Bathrooms now are clean and nice. Madrases were being replaced right before our stay. Bad Luxury clothes (non-logo) were stolen from my room. I raised this with the manager and pointed out they must have cameras and that I will address this in the morning. Next day I had a full day of business meetings. When I got back to the room the clothes were back but no excuse or explanation from the hotel manager. AC in breakfast room was on 65 and when I dialed it up to 72 to stop shivering the manager came in, dialed it down again and left without a word. Bizarre This brings us to the general topic. The manager is VERY inhospitable in general. Even when something was stolen she didn’t even care to apologize. Why they didn’t replace the smelly carpets while they were at it with the bathrooms and beds is beyond me….
