From the friendliness of the staff to the room we stayed in, we had a wonderful experience. It was across the street of the venue we were going to see a concert at so a very convenient location too.

We stayed in Arbor 15C and all was great except a few things.
The stink in our lobby was disgusting. I never would have thought that a 1st class resort
could allow this,
We asked for an early check in and didn't get it.
While there, we saw the flurry of activity in the AM with the cleaners and didn't see any cleaning going on after 2pm. Was the room really not ready until 4pm?
