Nice clean comfortable room and very friendly staff. No frills. My room had a musty mildew smell coming from the A/C unit that should be fixed. Aside from that, it was a nice stay.

I always stay here when I come through Mountain Home twice a year. Their breakfast is excellent, beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Most of the rooms have carpet, which is a personal preference of mine, but one of the rooms I got once had bare floor. Bathroom and showers are nice, lots of hot water.

I would have given an excellent rating overall except for the noisy guests who started slamming doors, getting ice, etc. from 5:30 am until I left at 7:30. Not the fault of the staff at all, but the hotel is not very soundproof. Otherwise, a very nice facility. Maybe I just stayed with a lot of rude guests. As a side note, the restaurant next door was very good.
