Stayed only one night for a brief overnight stay- very affordable for a family of 5. Instruction on how to open garage door would have been handy as our control unit was low on battery. Entire villa was exceptionally clean . Great stay!

Checkin was easy, contrary to some reviews, I believe they now have a receptionist which wasn’t there for previous check-ins. Unit was very clean, tidy. Convenient to facilities. Would recommend. Surrounding area quiet .

I really like the area. Everything is in walking distance. Its a gated area with gates to the rooms , so private and safe. contains everything you need for a stay. very happy with the communication and support , even after hours checkin .

Unit great size. Air conditioning works well and i like that all the bedrooms have fans. Carpet needs cleaning and thevwalls are typical of a rental unit dining chairs need replacing but overall the unit is great.

Great location. Great communication however ants all through kitchen which was really obvious they came out of small hole by sink. Hasn’t been bothered to be taken care of. Unit needs a proper clean. Couch cushions coated in food. They just turn them around on couch.

The suite was very modern, clean and kitchen well stocked with modern, stylish kitchenware. Supermarket across the street. We were given incorrect address by virtual receptionist, who emailed that we were staying in Bli Bli. Communication was a challenge when there is no front desk, and often phones are not answered as reception is not available for calls. One has to leave a message and wait for your call to be returned. We ended up going to the incorrect apartment, 25-30 minutes away from the adress we were supposed to be staying at, as a result of incorrect information sent by virtual receptionist to me. Once we drove and checked into the correct apartment in Mountain Creek, we had endless issues with the wifi not working. Eventually after the wifi was connected, after several calls to an afterhours number, the wifi kept cutting out. It was very frustrating. Despite this, the accommodation was lovely.
