We loved that this hotel is a social enterprise employing people with a disability. Warm, friendly, helpful staff. The bedrooms are just lovely. It was extremely quiet and we felt like we were the only ones there even though it was fully booked. Whilst there are fancier places to stay, you cant beat Hotel Etico in terms of value for money. Great location withi. Easy commute of Blue Mountains attractions.

Great place to stay! It was so nice getting there at 7 p.m. and being able to sit down straight away for dinner. We didn't need to go out and try to find an open restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The fire in the bar was lovely on a cold night. The rooms were so clean and very warm. We will definitely stay here again!

We have a lovely weekend here for an overnight stay. It was a last minute trip away. Arrival service was amazing, the young lady showed us around the property and then to our room. Will definitely stop here again when visiting the Blue Mountains

Will absolutely visit again. The room was clean and inviting, wifi worked a charm, private and safe. While I stayed on a Sunday when everything is traditionally closed, it was easy to get to Blackheath for a bite to eat at the pub. I also want to mention how fantastic the staff at Etico were, including the front office and the cleaning staff. Thanks so much for making my working Monday so enjoyable.

A historical and charming guesthouse which has been thoughtfully renovated. The staff were so friendly and it was a lovely experience to be a guest in sharing the social experience of having intellectually disabled young adults work in the hospitality industry. Great stay at Hotel Etico!

Loved this place! Stayed here one night while we visited the Blue Mountains on a trip back to Sydney. The hotel has a lot of history and character and the room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was very nice. Just missed the roos that come through the yard early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.
