This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, however what made the stay so enjoyable is the quality of the staff. They were all very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Great base for exploring Pompeii, Naples city and also Sorrento/Amalfi but you also have the peace of being outside the busy centre of Naples. 9.5/10.

Hotel Medusa is a beautiful property with lush grounds full of greenery and vegetation, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast is unforgettable, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and the Vesuvius volcano. While the hotel shows some signs of age, the friendly staff works really hard to deliver an outstanding experience, and their excellent service more than compensates. A truly memorable stay!

I was happy with the service and the property itself is so lovely and calming ambiance , I felt like a queen specially I was surrounded with a lemon trees feels like heaven!! The thing was the down side is the transportation tax charges me one way for $146 which is insane otherwise everything was great!!

The property was Beautiful our room was perfect for us. my only issue was the controlling nature of the staff in wanting to hold our car keys and regularly asking where we are going if we move from the sun lounger. The pool also closed at 7 which was too early for me.

Absolute outstanding experience. Very friendly staff, nice room, incredible garden (with oranges and lemons which are the served for breakfast) and amazing breakfast. At the breakfast the view from the terasse was beautiful. Didn't try the restaurant. Definitely reccomend.

Wonderful stay!

Excellent stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were amazing, really attentive and courteous. Breakfast had great choice and we enjoyed a great Vesuvius view from the veranda each morning. Pool was clean and lovely, not heated (which we knew) but we still enjoyed swimming after sightseeing.

Great hotel

Superb 10 day break at this hotel, staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to assist us. This part of our holiday was our chill n relax and we got loads of that here, very quiet hotel good for couples looking for a nice quiet relaxing time. Only downside was the wifi was terrible in our room (211) but hardly a negative when your looking tocswitch off gor a few days.
