Appreciate the free complimentary breakfast and ample parking. Rooms were noisy (AC, sound between rooms). Overall average condition but you get what you pay for so good for the economical traveler. Our room keys were shut off early which fortunately we caught before exiting our room for breakfast and being locked out before checkout.

Asked for a quiet room. We did get the top floor and end of hallway, however the noisiest end- as our room overlooked the roadway, and traffic was very loud. We would stay again however, and try to get the quiet side of the property. Very nice breakfast provided. Beds were comfy - room was spacious.

The pictures on Expedia do not reflect the actual property. There is no restaurant or bar. The back door to the property is unlocked at night. Anyone can access the rooms without going through the front. There was only decaf coffee in the room and no tissue.

It was Tulip Festival time! Somehow my reservation did not show up in their system. I was panicked since there were no other vacancies for what I needed. The managers and front desk staff did not have to do anything but they were very professional and calm as they worked out a solution for me and my son that was exactly what we needed! They took a situation that was not their fault and found a way to solve my problem.

As we enter, we see that the mirrors and picture windows are dirty, the floor is sticky, our shoes stick to the floor in the bedroom. In the dining room, at breakfast, no one wipes the tables. We've reserved 2 rooms. In one of them, the bathroom door didn't close all the way. First they cancelled my reservations the second day when I had 4 days reserved and I don't know what to expect on my credit card! I better not get charged twice!! I don't know if there aren't enough housekeeping people, but cleanliness was lacking and the glass on the entrance to the hotel remained smeared the 4 days we wer there. Breakfast room tiny and food ran out often! Clearly this property needs attention!!
