The property was dirty and un kept. Front desk was short and un pleasant. No room service and had to beg for one extra towel even though i paid for an extra person to be in my room.

This property was so filthy that I had to leave two hours after checking in. Now I’m fighting to get my money back because the hotel is refusing to give me a refund. There were blood stains on the mattress cover (indicative of a bed bug infestation) and behind the nightstand there were layers and layers of dirt and dust, like it hadn’t been cleaned in months or even years.
