The water pressure was good. The tv setup on the wall was cool. There were a lot of holes in the comforter from peoples cigarettes and mildew in the bathroom that they tried to cover up with caulk. Also, not all of the outlets worked so that kind of sucked. It seems like they are in the midst of some kind of renovations so hopefully it will get better?

For the positive – it was adjacent to the IHOP, the price was good, we requested the first floor and they were able to deliver, the desk clerk was very nice. For the downside – no hairdryer no coffee maker we caught about three channels on the TV, none of which we were interested in, The bathroom door was hanging on its hinges, we had to lift it to be able to close it. Not extremely bad but you get what you pay for.

Good, safe place to stop

Fine for a short stay. The service was excellent and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and hot water was plentiful. Microwave in room but no tissues or shampoo/conditioner. Room was quiet despite busy road. Safe place to stay with a nice lake and IHOP next door for breakfast.

The photos for this property are misleading. The sleeping area was ok, but the bathroom/shower area was really sketchy. Definitely in need of renovation. A clear case of you get what you pay for, just soap and towels. Not even a box of tissues.

They gave me a room that was tore up and when I asked for another one they refused so I checked out early and I’m still waiting on my refund for the other 2 nights I paid for and it’s day 4…worse service ever!!!

Absolutely Not! NO WAY. Don’t do it. This isn’t the place to rest. Yuk. Just…it’s The Owner of the place. Horrible to deal with. He has no respect for the clients. You’ve been warned.

Needs alot of work

Well it is an older property and needs to be upgraded and refined. It does not reflect the Motel 6 brand name i grew up with. Where is the corporate standards. The location is perfect. Walking distance to IHOP and mexican food. The price reviews and pictures do not reflect the true condition of the rooms.

When I checked in my room it didn't have a fridge and the heater didn't have knobs. I was able to switch rooms. I didn't change my rooms right away because I was on the way out. I changed rooms around 5 or 6. Give the front my old key. I get to the room around 9. Around 10 someone tries to come in. The front gave someone our room. My husband called and they apologized. I also found a few roaches. They have gone down every year.

Was barely clean enough for me to feel comfortable resting there. Bed had my back hurting the next morning. Was told we could not get more towels until the next day since housekeeping was gone for the day, but then saw a housekeeper outside with her cart. Did not want to give us any towels and we booked a 2 night stay.
