Overall, a good experience. Walls, ceilings and floors are super thin . . . .listened to the guy next door cough all night, the occupant upstairs walking around and people talking in the hall way. The bathroom was updated . . .thank goodness for sliding doors instead of a curtain! Front desk super helpful at check in.

Everything was great until I got woken up at 3am with 5 bites not sure exactly what it was from but a good guess could be bed bugs, also looked through the mattress and saw a bug that looked very similar to a bed bug, crawling around. I recorded a video of it and took pictures of my bites. This was in the 2nd room we got moved to, in the first one, the tv wasn’t working. So after all of that, we moved to our 3rd and final room. No issues in this room. Staff was very kind, quick and helpful. If that did not occur, I would give the place 5 stars. I came here with a friend as a staycation to relax and it was very doable at this place!

The property is well maintained. Unfortunately, every time we have stayed here we always end up next to rude people who play music loud, yapping dogs, or sound like they are rearranging furniture. Get what you pay for, I guess.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was polite and efficient. The only complaint I have is that the room was a handicap accessible room and the shower was a roll in shower. There were two shower heads and they shot water too fast and the floor flooded a bit. I can tell from the flooring in the bathroom and this is not the first time this has happened.
