So the check in process was fairly easy, housekeeping staff in the hallways were extremely nice and helpful when you needed anything. The Front desk staff was okay,, breakfast staff was really attentive . We really enjoyed the closeness to the laundry facilities on the second floor.

THIS PROPERTY NEEDS AN ENTIRE MAKE OVER ASAP; STARTING FROM THE HALLWAYS, TO THE ELEVATORS, TO THE INSIDE OF THE ROOMS AND ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOMS!!!! EVERYTHING IS SO DATED AND THE WALLS ARE SO THIN. THE BRIGHT SIDE OF OUR TWO NIGHT STAY DURING THIS HOLIDAY WEEKEND WAS OUR EXIT. THE STAFF MEMBERS ON DUTY MILAN AND IRIS WERE GREAT IN TERMS OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE ISSUES THAT AROSE WHILE WE WERE THERE THEY TRIED THEIR BEST TO ALLEVIATE IT. WE SINCERELY APPRECIATED THEIR EFFORTS. THE BREAKFAST WAS A WELCOMED SURPRISE INDEED. WE WERE SERVED CHICKEN PATTIES WHICH WAS AMAZING!!! NORMALLY WE ARE ALWAYS SERVED PORK AT HOTELS. NOTHING AGAINST IT OR BEEF; HOWEVER I DON'T EAT EITHER. THE CHEF OFFERED MANY OPTIONS OTHER THAN THE TRADITIONAL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. THE PERSONAL SIZED BANANA AND BLUEBERRY MUFFINS WERE GREAT AS WELL. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE THAT DOES!!!
