For this to be a 8 star rating hotel I was very disappointed… this establishment made me feel like I was in a motel… they were people I wasn’t comfortable with all around. Each room had its own entrance outside!!! I did not feel safe… I bolted the locks and slept with the couch in front of the door… the staff was friendly and helpful. The inside of the room was clean however the outside looked dirty. For $160 a night it was not worth it and I would not stay here again

For the breakfast the guy had given me an attitude about the oatmeal being ran out. He was the person replenishing it. He was also being nice to ppl that were from his European country which wasnt very nice.The orange juice tastes like its diluted with water. Selection is small. Will go to holiday inn as I have had great service from them in terms of food and customer service

The rooms were not well maintained or clean at all. There was hair all over the shower wall in one bathroom with mold and blood on the back of the door in the other bathroom. The carpet was quite sticky in some places throughout the room as well. The pool was great and the basketball court was cool. The breakfast had a good selection. Overall an ok place to land at the end of a busy day. Free parking was nice too.

Room was clean. Loved the set up of the rooms. We stayed 4 days, garbage was not emptied daily. Dishes weren't cleaned and left in sink dirty. Signs say pool open until 9, closed at 8. Shower couldn't drain. When they took the garbage on day 3, they took the hand soap and didn't leave fresh soap.

The place was so great I got a membership for HYATT only thing I was upset about was the pool was closed during our stay for inspection! The rest was great like being at home breakfast was good and full of variety there were pots and pans to cook. The dishwasher with soap came in handy! Will definitely prefer to book with them wherever we travel and my family and I travel a lot!
