We loved our stay here! The rooms have everything you need for your stay at Mount Cook. Be sure to grab groceries before arriving to the park to cook in the well appointed kitchenette. Room 26 had an incredible view of the mountain it was stunning!

Aoraki / Mount Cook is a beautiful area, the drive to the Village, the walks in the national park, everything is just beautiful, even when it's raining. The room we had was just perfect! The room was comfortable, warm, has everything you need and just outside you see mountains!

The staff were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a smooth check in and felt very comfortable in our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. During our stay they had about 14 in of snow fall which made all the mountains even more dramatic and beautiful. The nearby restaurants were great and walkable. We would love to stay again when we return ro New Zealand. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay here overall. Pros: The view from the room was absolutely fabulous — truly beautiful and a real highlight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better: close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The kitchenette was well equipped, although a few more basics like additional coffee cups would have been helpful, as there were only two provided, which meant rewashing items more often than expected. The con: the area that could really use improvement was the bed. It was extremely soft, and after four nights we both ended up with some back discomfort, (which is not something we are prone to). The pillows were also quite bulky and firm, and not the most comfortable for sleeping. The property is a little worn in places, but it has everything you need and is a very pleasant place to stay. With a more supportive mattress and better pillows, this would easily be an excellent stay.
