Great views from the room we had. A good accommodation option for a few groups of people wanting to have their own room/bathroom with a common eating/entertainment area. Only issue we had was the light from the foyer area came streaming in through the door frame all night. Good location to the village centre.
The noise that travels from dinning area meant I had to go down at 11.45 and remind those guests that I couldn’t sleep even with ear plugs …
I guess rooms are not sound prove .. this alone would prevent me staying there again .
It was comfy. Could use a few more hanging hooks.
The only bad thing. Was the smell of sewerage coming through drain holes was disgusting and the stank made me dry wrench.

Nice clean and well presented property, big fridge in the communal kitchen, with all you need to cook and prepare a basic meal.
We stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The mattress is firm and there was only 2x very soft pillows for 2x people. So I would recommend bringing an extra pillow if you like some extra height in your pillows or grab the couch cushions when everyone else has gone to bed!!
We asked for an early checkin so that we could drop off our bags and have a bit of a ski and it was arranged no problems. The electronic keys worked great. Thank you for a great stay.
The rooms were very good. Large, clean and new with a nice little en-suite.
The communal area was a bit small for the number of guests. Putting room numbers on the cupboards to assist guest with their food storage would help as well as a sign on the outside of the communal food cupboard.
The drying room needs much better hanging space and the lockers access code could be made more obvious.
Finally not being able to store equipment outside the bedroom on the final day is a pain.
After requesting an early entry due to bad weather we were fobbed off with a claim that the place hadn’t been cleaned yet. We sat outside the room & no cleaner went in or out whole time we were there. The room was ready long before & we could of been granted early access if contact had of been made with the cleaners. As it was, we even had to call up to get access to the room at the official entry time.
The room was cold
The radiator was look warm at best.
The towel warmer was hotter than our wall heater.
I asked on 2 specific occasions for the heating to be turned up In the room & there was no change at all in the temperature of the heater or the room.
Not impressed after spending $300 for a single night.
Oh & we were promised a king bed but we got single doonas. What’s with that?

Excellent value and excellent condition! It is a almost brand new property. Not far away from the village (near a shuttle bus stop). Comfortable beds and clean private bathroom.

Conveniently close to Mt Buller village, restaurants, shuttle service & chairlift. Spacious kitchen & comfortable lounge area. Plenty of space in the laundry/drying room for wet clothes & boots at the end of the day. For our first time to the snow, this was a great place to stay, it felt like home.
Lockers for ur snow gear, great fully equipped kitchen big fluffy quilt on the beds
