“Standard room. Nothing special”

“The property was excellent for what we wanted with family in the village. Great pub downstairs. The property is in a very rural location, only another pub and a shop”

“Staff was very helpful, clean room, and great location”

“Excellent breakfast and great view from the restaurant. Reception staff”

“Parking escaso Hotel ruidoso”

“Our whole stay from start to finish was top notch! Each & every staff member we encountered went above & beyond, exceeding all expectations whilst delivering phenomenal customer service, making us feel special & truly valued. Absolutely NOTHING was too much trouble & we could not fault anything! I'm so sorry I didn't get everyone's names but they all deserve a mention & are a credit to the establishment! “Steve the bar manager was attentive and very helpful”

“La cama era muy incómoda. Había una gran mancha de humedad en el techo”

“Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...
