This place is a HIDEN GEM!! Although beware, the address provided in hotels.com is not the correct one. You must write on the GPS “Agriturismo Donna Teresa.” That is the correct address 🌟

Exceptional value for this lovely stay

We really loved our stay here - not sure why the reviews are so bad. The farmhouse has been renovated and is gorgeous - you have a bedroom with another bed on a mezzanine for the kids. The rooms are clean and have aircon (thank goodness... it was 35 degrees :-)) There's parking right in front of your room and a big pool and pool area to use - if I understand correctly there is a small charge to use the pool but we were out every day until late so it didnt apply. The service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was exceptional - Rosa is such a lovely lady and will go 100 miles to make yoj happy. Her English is limited but so is my Italian and the Google translate app is your friend. They have wifi. Breakfast was simple (croissants and cake) but if you ask in advance then I think they would help you as much as they can. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all so lovely. Yes, the owner is a little gruff - but it's his manner and he made a huge effort with our children and even went and cooked them other dishes when he saw they didn't like the vegetables at dinner. This property is relatively new and I think if you give pointers about something you're not happy about - they will try to fix it - rather than saying nothing and leaving a bad review. A lovely 4 day stay - and exceptional value.

Auch sehr schönes Agriturismo. etwas älter alles, aber trotzdem für eine Nacht ausreichend. Frühstück ist kein Buffet und besteht aus Kaffee einem Croissant und Marmelade und Butter. wer also mehr erwartet, sollte sich hierauf einstellen. Die Familie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Struttura dal grande potenziale ma gestita con superficialità e approssimazione per quanto riguarda gli alloggi,avendo degli ospiti in struttura noi puoi lasciare una masseria con l'esterno completamente al buio,dovendo utilizzare le torce per arrivare alle camere.Ottimo invece il servizio del ristorante e piscina gestiti da altre persone

Abbiamo prenotato due notti in questa struttura la mattina prima dell’arrivo veniamo contattati dal proprietario che ci informa che invece della quadrupla prenotata ci avrebbe dato due doppie vicine,accettiamo perché vicine.Alle tre arriviamo in masseria paghiamo al ristorante e entriamo in camera Cisterna 1 e Cisterna 2 entrambe con segni di umidità ci accorgiamo subito che nella 1 il mini frigo non funziona e che al soffitto ci sono almeno 8 ragni con relative ragnatele nella 2 invece mini frigo inesistente e condizionatore non funzionante.Avendo il numero del proprietario lo contattiamo e ci dice di appoggiarci nella camera 1 e di spostare tutti i bagagli dalla due che sarebbe passato l’elettricista.Ore 8 nessuno è venuto a riparare e veniamo informati che al posto della camera 2 c’è ne danno un altra non più vicina ma con tutto funzionante ma della 1 non se ne parla non hanno disponibilità mettiamo i ragazzi nella camera nuova e io e mia moglie passiamo la notte svegli insieme ai ragni nella cisterna 1.Innervosito per il fregarsene del proprietario alle 23:35 invio un messaggio dove dico che all’indomani o ci danno la quadrupla o andiamo via.per intanto Expedia ci chiede come è andato il check-in e noi elenchiamo i problemi riscontrati al check-in.La mattina successiva usciamo dopo una intera notte svegli e usciamo a fare un giro vengo chiamato dal titolare che innervosito per la recensione del check-in ci offende telefonicamente chiamandoci persone terribili

Nous y avons passé un excellent moment, les chambres sont très belles et très propre, le personnel agréable et disponible, la piscine est un endroit très jolie et agréable par cette chaleur, très content d'avoir séjourner ici.

abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza finemente ristrutturata, munita di ogni confort. Al piano terra vi era la stanza matrimoniale con bagno, frigo, tavolino di cortesia, armadio ed altro tavolino. Al piano superiore vi è la stanzetta per i bambini: le due stanze sono munite di condizionatori. Siamo stati in piscina trovandola bella, pulita ed attrezzata. Abbiamo inoltre fatto colazione e cenato nell' attiguo ristorante gestito con passione e competenza da ragazzi volenterosi cui va il nostro ringraziamento. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza. Super consigliato.

Ho prenotato questa bella masseria restaurata con piscina inclusa nel prezzo ( Expedia cosi'indica)immaginando di potersi riposare nelle campagne pugliesi ...in realtà giunti sul posto emerge che la piscina si paga a parte perché gestita da esterni alla proprietà in più acqua torbida , pieno di gente caotica e musica neomelodica a palla ...peggio che in spiaggia ad Ibiza!!!per cui non abbiamo usufruito se non per un paio d'ore bastate a capire che ul weekend di relax era unicamente un'utopia !!! Colazione (anche questa gestione esterna )servita nella bella sala ristorante che è consistita in un cornetto con farcitura a sorpresa portato a tavola senza nemmeno aver chiesto eventuali allergie o intolleranze e caffè o latte... null'altro!!! Cornetto alla crema secondo giorno cin crema acida,non abbiamo più fatto colazione lì! Un peccato per me e la mia famiglia che avevamo immaginato di poter trascorrere quattro giorni in una bella struttura pugliese ( spendendo soldi per nulla) e per la proprietà della masseria che sono persone cortesi e che hanno comunque fatto un investimento importante per riportare l'intero edificio ai suoi fasti originali!!!

Luogo meraviglioso immerso in mezzo alla natura, rapporto qualita prezzo eccellente; abbiamo usufrutito anche della pisicina a pagamento e del ristorante annesso, che ci ha fatto un ottimo menu fisso ad un prezzo molto vantaggioso; colazione compresa nel prezzo.

Posto incantevole immerso nel verde, piscina con gazebo stupenda, ho pernottato nella suite con affaccio sulla piscina molto comoda con 2 camere da letto e una vista meravigliosa, abbiamo pranzato 2 volte al ristorante con ottime pietanze e gran servizio al tavolo, buona la colazione dolce e soprattutto silenzio meraviglioso. Si può fare d+, molto d+

Location con potenziale altissimo ma non sfruttato. Camera con umidità e muffa, con ovviamente cattivo odore. Piccolissima, solo un piccolo tavolo e una sedia, le valigie a terra. Niente comodini vicino al letto. Frigo vuoto e sporco. Bagno grande ( almeno) e abbastanza pulito. Ristorante non ne ho usufruito. Colazione ottima, ma li e solo merito della Sig.ra Rosa, che si fa in 4 . Ci tornerei? Ad oggi sicuramente no.

Smukt og hjerteligt og med festglad nabo

Dejligt sted med et imødekommende værtspar. Lignede lidt julemanden og hans hustru. Søde og venlige. En altmuligmand og en kok som smilende hjalp til med diverse. Morgenmad blev anrettet med stor kærlighed og iver - og var meget lækkert. Italiensk og smagfuldt. Vi havde en følelse af, at stedet var renoveret og indbydende - og endnu ikke helt oppe i gear efter covid. Masse plads til os. Den beskrevne smukke døgnåbnede pool lå helt op til hotellets grund - men hørte til en anden ejer lod det til. Derfor kostede det et tillægsgebyr pr person for brug. 10€ pr voksen og gratis for børn under 10 år. Samme pool afholdte arrangementer som ikke havde med hotellet at gøre - og som var larmende og ikke blev varslet. To af fire overnatninger var med sen høj musik og fyrværkeri. Hyggeligt hvis vi havde været til det. Kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang. Beliggenhed praktisk ift området og dagsture!

Un posto bellissimo immerso nel verde

La stanza era bellissima e molto pulita, la colazione sufficiente ma giusta per il prezzo pagato il parcheggio all'interno della masseria perfetto la zona bellissima in campagna ma a pochi minuti di auto da tutto Lunica cosa che mi ha un po' infastidito è stato il titolare che quando siamo andati a pagare ci ha detto che avevamo prenotato a un prezzo troppo basso e lui non ci rientrava con le spese e doveva pagare la donna delle pulizie, io gli ho risposto che quello era il prezzo che avevo trovato sul sito E il giorno dopo non ci ha rifatto la stanza Mi ha fatto sentire molto a disagio

We got there and it was abandoned. There was only a construction worker. When we contacted the owner he said that we would be the only guests staying there with no staff members on site. It’s under construction and not ready to accommodate guests. We had to stay elsewhere.
