The hotel accepted my booking and then cancelled it some hours later. This coincided with the issues at Heathrow meaning they resold my room and I slept on an airport floor.

The location is perfect for exploring London, but what truly stood out to us was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered was gracious, attentive, and committed to making our experience exceptional. The Savoy is more than a beautiful hotel, it is an experience. It has a wonderful sense of history and glamour while still feeling welcoming and comfortable. We are so grateful for the memories we made during our stay and would absolutely return. The Savoy will always hold a very special place in our hearts as the place where we celebrated 39 years of marriage.
