The staff without exception were excellent . They acted as if there role was to make our stay as good as it could be . This might be an obvious observation to make however it is not always the case as we all know . When next we visit our friends at the Malcolm Group we shall definitely stay here again .

Excellent but cold

Fantastic hotel, have stayed here many times before and always been impressed. Staff are friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is excellent quality and great value for money. The only slight negative on this trip was that the room was cold, and no matter what I did to try and change the temperature it didn’t get any warmer. Other than that it was a great stay.
