The staff was exceptional. The on-site manager is just amazing she did everything she could to make sure my check in and amenities were met. The location is great. safe it's clean. Avfew things need to be touched up but nothing major but definitely recommend and stay there again.

Good overnight stay!

Overall a good stay, especially for the price! The room was overall clean, however the shower could have been cleaner upon arrival, but nothing we couldn’t take care of. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay again, especially for the price!

Everything about this stay was great and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable as well as very clean. It was very quiet and my favorite the price was right! I recommend for all travelers.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Was an odor in room as if nobody had stayed there in a while, purchased some febreeze and that took care of it. For the price and being able to keep my dog there for free was 1/2 the cost of anywhere else around. Was here for the weekend to play in tennis tournament. Walmart and food restaurants were very close and convenient.

I have always enjoyed staying at the Motel 6 on Armour Road because it is a convenient place for me to go anywhere I want to go and not waste my time.

Motel 6 recent stay....Dec 2024

The room had been remodeled and it was still in progress. Bed and coverings appeared new. Minimal extras which was expected. I stayed 3 days with no issues or complaints. Staff was helpful. Bonus was the laundry room available 24 hours. Refrigerator in room.

Brief experience at Motel 6

I stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean but empty (no chair, no table not even a plastic cup). Even though there are few no smoking signs throughout the building but all smokers ignore the signs and smoke outside their rooms. I could smell the smoke inside my room.

My stay was satisfactory for the most part. However, my comfortability was disrupted because the amenity of having access to cable tv was not connected. There were three occurrences where resolve was not met but time was consumed against my time for relaxing nd being comfortable.

I would rate the front desk, Mr. Jay 4 stars because he was the most helpful. He advised me there was issues with the main water pipe, so most rooms were not useable, but I did pre-pay, so he honored that and gave us a room. I could smell people smoking marijuana outside, the bathroom was dirty, no microwave, inside the room just seemed dirty. I would have paid $85 if I paid at the front desk, instead of $55 on expedia. But, it still was not worth the price. I would not return to this motel 6 or any others in Columbus, GA.

The hotel is supposed to be pet friendly with no charge. The clerk charged me $50 and when I questioned him, he said it would be refunded at checkout. In the morning, a different clerk rolled his eyes when I told him this, like it wasn't supposed to be done. I will keep an eye on my credit card transactions. The room was not very clean with a number of bugs.
