Helt OK för företagsresa, men allmĂ€nna korridoren hade massor av trasig lampor och nĂ„gra som tillochmed blivit utslitna ur vĂ€ggfĂ€sten. SĂ€ngen var inte jĂ€tteskön men fungerade att sova pĂ„. Otroligt varmt pĂ„ rummen, Ă€ven fast det Ă€r pĂ„ höstkanten, tacksam att jag fick en flĂ€kt frĂ„n personalen. Flertalet hĂ„l i vĂ€ggarna frĂ„n skruv och plugg i rummet, utslitna flĂ€ckiga möbler. Kollegan min hade en minikyl som inte fungerade, och mitt rum saknade en helt. Handdukar hade varit trevligt att fĂ„ utbytta halvvĂ€gs igenom vistelsen, men det blev inte sĂ„. Hotellets tv kanaler saknade ljud pĂ„ ungefĂ€r hĂ€lften av dem. Frukosten var son förvĂ€ntat, med trevlig personal och schysst utbud, samt att lĂ€get var helt toppen. Önskar att mer pengar investeras i fastighetens underhĂ„ll

Ett enkelt hotell

Tror inte att det blir ett hotell som vi kommer att ÄtervÀnda till. Inte stÀdat ordentligt. Man fick jaga personal pÄ lördagen för att fÄ tag pÄ toapapper och nÄgra handdukar. Mycket dÄligt utbud i baren som stÀngde tidigt för efter kl 21.00 sÄ hade personalen gÄtt hem. Brödet var ok men bullarna kÀndes som om de var bakade i början av veckan. Mycket varmt pÄ rummet, ingen ac eller flÀkt. Vi hade en liten kyl pÄ rummet men inte vÄra kompisar. Vars dörr hade behövt olja. VÀggarna Àr mycket tunna. Man hör det mesta. Inte hotellets fel att hela centrala Motala stod utan vatten pÄ söndagen. Vattnet försvann efter kl 6.15 pÄ söndagsmorgonen. Ingen av personalen visste om man kunde hÀmta vatten nÄgonstans. Ingen information frÄn kommunen mer Àn att man skulle börja jobba med det pÄ mÄndagen. Stor variation pÄ personalens servicenivÄ.

Charmigt hotell som behöver upprustning

Hotell som Àr i stort behov av upprustning. Alldeles för varmt pÄ rummet eftersom det varken fanns AC eller flÀkt. SmÄ badrum med för fÄ krokar om man Àr tvÄ personer. Sköna sÀngar. Bra att det fanns kylskÄp pÄ rummet. Serviceminded personal som sÄg till att vi kunde lÀgga in vÄra kylklampar i frysen. OrdinÀr frukost. Charmigt med det marina temat.
