The hotel is in a great location, just 20 yards from the Mostar Bridge, with its own restaurant both inside & outside & easy access to the old town & shops. Breakfast was fantastic & the staff were helpful. One issue with the hotel is fire safety. There are no fire notices or smoke alarms in the rooms or common areas & no fire exits marked or available that we could see. There is a narrow staircase up to the rooms (no lift) & the bathrooms are very small. It's in a great spot for the bridge but can also be noisy if you are in a room at the front. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Overall our stay was ok but we would not return.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the town. We stayed in 2 rooms for a night and were able to find a nearby parking for 10 euro. We also really enjoyed the dinner (10% off for hotel guests) and breakfast (included). The food was excellent in big portion. The staff were great and very friendly. I’d recommend this place.
