Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Já conheço o hotel; já frequentei várias vezes. O hotel é dos anos 1970. Já passou por algumas reformas nos apartamentos. Alguns estão muito bons; outros, teve reforma nos banheiros mas não nos quartos, como o que me hospedei desta vez que, apesar da cama boa, da mudança na parte elétrica, o acabamento tem traços antigos

Adorei o hotel no geral, temos que elogiar o que é bom de verdade. Ótimo local, senti falta de uma música agradável na parte das piscinas à noite, mas acho que depende do dia, pois tem dias que tem shows ao vivo. Não pôde levar bebida de fora pra lá, eu até entendo, pois lá já vende, mais eu sou do tipo de pessoa que gosto de tomar um vinho específico, casualmente e não consegui tomar, não perguntei a ninguém se poderia, pois vi uma placa falando que não podia. Mais a possibilidade de levar uma garrafa ou duas de um vinho seria interessante!

Na sexta dia 01/11/2025, o café não estava tão bom, tinha poucas opções. Já no domingo dia 02/11 estava muito bem servido. AA limpeza dos quartos estava boa, porém a limpeza das áreas externas nem tanto (principalmente nas piscinas que estavam bem sujas, bem como a área externa a piscina. Os funcionários encerram o expediente sem fazer a limpeza do bar da piscina, ficando um acumulado de sujeira para o dia seguinte. Compreendo que área é bem aberta, com muitas árvores e dificulta a limpeza, porém muita coisa poderia ser melhorada.
