Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Chegamos as 14:10h e só fui atendida as 15:15h e o quarto ainda não estava disponível. Apenas 2 funcionárias no balcão, sem organização para as prioridades.

O hotel é bom mas é preciso fazer uma reforma geral na parte externa. O restaurante tem que realizar treinamento para entender as necessidades de pessoas alérgicas a leite e ao glúten. Todos pensam que no caso do leite é apenas alergia a lactose mas não é. Tem pessoas que tem alergia a todas as proteínas do leite, como a caseína. Essas pessoas não podem ingerir nenhum alimento com leite e seus derivados. Toda vez temos que explicar para o Chef de cozinha porque os demais empregados não entendem a questão e nem o que é contaminação cruzada.

Valeu a pena!

O hotel é muito bom. Apesar da idade, está bem conservado. Os quartos estão bem cuidados, com bom odor e limpeza. O banho é quente e farto em água. As áreas comuns bem preservadas. As piscinas, isso é a melhor parte. Temperaturas que crescem quanto mais alto você sobe. A parte mais baixa e menos quente tem parque aquático pra gurizada. O café da manhã bem completo, com omelete e tapioca feitos na hora, mas com poucas opções de proteínas. No bar da piscina, não gostei da demora do atendimento. Poucos garçons e nenhuma atenção com quem chamava. Tanto que só fui atendido quando fui até o balcão. Por fim, uma dica de opções do bar da piscina: caldos muito ruins (pelo menos o que experimentei, o de camarão). Já o sanduíche a parmegiana aberto nota 10.

Apesar de confortável, o Hotel Thermas não se atualizou ao longo do tempo, tanto na estrutura, quanto dos quartos. Sua área verde, piscina e instrumentos de diversão apresentaram-se mal tratados e, alguns, sujos.

Todo problema começou antes da minha chegada onde foi alegado que não estava pago. O quarto que me colocaram tinha CHEIRO DE FOSSA, tive que reclamar muito para que trocassem fiquem das 21:20 até quase 00:00 esperando. Alguns funcionários despreparados para lidar com o cliente. Para encerrar, hoje 11/04, disseram que estavam com problema para emitir a nota fiscal e ainda não recebi.

CUIDADO com dias de alta demanda.

O hotel é muito bom, mas o check-in foi uma experiência terrível. Não tinha quarto disponível às 14h e tive que passar horas em pé na fila para conseguir um quarto, mesmo tenho chegado ao hotel às 11h50. Só peguei meu quarto às 16h30, o que comprometeu muito a minha curta estadia no hotel. Acredito que o hotel estava muito cheio, mas tinha pessoas fazendo Late Check-out às 16h. Não deveria ter sido autorizado, já que estava faltando quarto para as pessoas que chegavam.
