Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Access to Soap Lake was excellent. But the outdoor showers — essential here — were very minimal, and breakfast was quite weak. With no other breakfast option in town, the breakfast should be much better for a “resort”.

The staff was super helpful. There was a mix up with the three rooms we’d booked and they comped us another single room, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The mineral bath option in our deep room tubs was also lovely!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Was mislead by amenities listed however the manager was able to help us with water sport activities instead. Only had a couple hot tubs up and running others down for maintenance. Was quiet and peaceful and nice outdoor areas for relaxing. Would say it is more of a stay for adult get away than family vacation.

Comfortable cottage. Easy access to the lake for bird watching, and good base for visiting attractions in area. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette had basics needed to cook, but knives were blunt and most pots had no lids. Vent and heater in bathroom didn't work, so condensation built up inside cottage and thin towels didn't dry. Bright lights just outside cottage stayed on all night and could not be turned off, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Room was very cozy and clean. Territory was super nice with a nice walk along the beach of the lake. Mineral waters from the lake right in your tub. Staff was very friendly! Would go back!

We have been staying at this place every summer since almost 30 years ago. We love the mineral water baths right in our room, very peaceful place, awesome themed cabins, great surroundings and private beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
