Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cet appartement et notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©cevant. ‱ Manque d’équipements essentiels : À notre arrivĂ©e, il manquait des couettes et des couverts. MalgrĂ© de nombreuses relances (appels et e-mails), une seule couette nous a Ă©tĂ© livrĂ©e au bout de plusieurs jours, et aucun suivi n’a Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ© pour le reste des problĂšmes signalĂ©s. ‱ PropretĂ© insuffisante : L’appartement Ă©tait dans un mauvais Ă©tat : vitres sales, moquette tachĂ©e, machine Ă  cafĂ© non vidĂ©e, vaisselle sale, capsules de biĂšre sur le balcon, Ă©pluchures de cacahuĂštes sur la table basse, et ventilations bouchĂ©es avec du scotch sur les fenĂȘtres. ‱ ProblĂšmes techniques ignorĂ©s : La tĂ©lĂ©vision ne fonctionnait pas, et aucune intervention n’a eu lieu malgrĂ© nos signalements dĂšs le premier jour. MalgrĂ© les promesses rĂ©pĂ©tĂ©es de l’agence en charge de la location de « faire le nĂ©cessaire”, aucune solution satisfaisante n’a Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©e et aucun geste commercial. Nous regrettons et dĂ©conseillons vivement cette agence.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© et plaisant mais la propretĂ© de l’appartement Ă©tait vraiment nĂ©gligĂ©e. Il mĂ©rite un gros rafraĂźchissement (pas de hotte , moquette trĂšs sale) et pas de clĂ© pour le casier Ă  ski
