Decent price, good location, comfortable beds, air conditioning and TV good. No house phone in room? Bathroom with just tub/shower & toilet very small. Strongly recommend safety handrails in bathtub shower and anti-slip on floor of tub to prevent slippage and falls. Toilet seat too low. No handrails to assist standing up. Swimming Pool and Hot tub seemed OK. Parking and rooms facing in rear of hotel away from main street were less noisy. Continental Breakfast really wasn't breakfast. Beautiful room that was quiet and comfortable. The Lazy Goat Tavern was excellent. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed relaxing at the spa as well. Overall, amazing stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Stayed here for two weeknights mid-ish August 2026. Service was really great. Very professional and courteous. The rooms were nice enough. Ours was pretty spacious with a balcony with not much of a view (guess that is what you get for only $400/night). Pretty pricey during summer time. That said, the setting and grounds are spectacular. As they stress, a very traditional NE summer resort. We did not eat there at all and didn't partake of much of the entertainment they had to offer, but my daughters loved the ambiance, the historical buildings, the sunsets, and scenery. While we didn't partake of much of the entertainment, we could see it all around us. Regret is not spending enough time here (we treated it more like a hotel than a resort).

The property was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Non working AC was not exactly a deal breaker because the main window can be opened to let the cool air in. Overall good experience staying there.
