“Las vistas desde la habitación eran fantásticas, la orilla del río y el castillo de Cochem, espectacular. El personal fantástico, super amable. Lo malo era la habitación, muy anticuada, baño y muebles muy antiguos, y lo peor es que no había calefacción, no estaba encendida en todo el día y hacía bastante frío en la habitación por la noche ”

“Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.”

“Its in a beautiful area, on the Mosel. In a residential street, with parking for about 12 cars near the hotel. (We had to park 10 min walk away in another property's garden) A tad expensive for what it is, but you do get a good breakfast, and access to the pool which is a bonus. The property looks like its been recently modernised, however i was surprised to find there was no AC in the room and the most useless TV remote i have ever encountered.”

“Das Hotel selbst, das Personal und das Frühstück sind hervorragend! Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht über das gebuchte Zimmer (die Suite), da sie hier bei Expedia anders beschrieben wird. Die Suite ist mehr eine zweistöckige Wohnung mit 6 Betten (!) und einer Ausziehcouch, die Einrichtung doch recht alt. Die Badewanne war defekt, der hand gekritzelte Zettel in der Ecke mit einem alten Tesafilmstreifen, an dem ein dunkles Haar klebte, wurde bestimmt schon vor...
